According to CDC about , billion people across the world are impacted by migraine and it is considered to be one of the best painful diseases . The problem of having frequent Headaches and Migraine is common and it is a major disruption to the lifestyle of people .
The pain can range from moderate to severe . In June 2012 , The National Headache Association decided to expand Migraine and Headache Awareness Month . This day aims at spreading happiness , positivity and smile to people face who are facing this problem .
The theme of this awareness month is “A New Era Of Care” . The lives of the people who are suffering from migraine has lower quality of life than the general population . There is particular no cure for “migraine” currently , but new treatments and therapies approaches to manage the disease .

The Migraine Symptoms
Migraine Headaches can cause throbbing in one particular area intensely . Nausea and sensitivity to light and sound are also common symptoms . Some people also experience pain in the eyes , face or neck , dizziness , vomiting , irritability or scalp tenderness .
Some Lifestyle Changes Are As Follows : –
1.) Carry out an exercise session for atleast 30 min per day .
2.) Avoid skipping or missing healthy tolerated diet .
3.) Avoid getting dehydrated and atleast 3 Litres of water everyday .
4.) Maintain healthy and regular sleep patterns and sleep atleast 8-10 hours of sleep is essential for healthy body .
