Central Bureau of Investigation Registers Case Against 6 Accuses In Regarding Sushant’s Case.

As Sushant Singh Rajput’s case taking new turns every day. On Tuesday, 4 August, Government recommends the case to CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation). Apart from this, the Bihar Police did a terrific job. They are continuously working regarding the case and the Bihar police already took many statements from this family, friends, and from his work field.
After the handed over case to CBI, Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kunar, congratulate and wish them best wishes for the case. On Thursday, 6 August, CBI registers case against 6 new accuses against Rhea Chakraborty for SSR Suicide case.

“A regular case is therefore registered u/s 341, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306, 506, 120B IPC against Rhea Chakraborty and her family members including Shri Indarjit Chakraborty, Smt. Sandhya Chakraborty, Sh. Show Chakraborty, Sh Samuel Miranda, and Mrs Shruti Modi and others,” the CBI FIR states further.

K. K. Singh on Maharashtra Police
The Bollywood actors late Sushant Singh Rajput’s father spoke against Maharashtra police that “ Maharashtra police is destroying evidence in the case The probe of the Bihar Police SIT sent to Mumbai to investigate Rajput’s death has come to a halt after Patna City (Central) SP Vinay Tiwari, who is leading the team, was put into home quarantine by the BMC.”
Rhea’s Reaction on Handover the Case to CBI.
On Tuesday, Chakraborty’s lawyer, reacting to Bihar government recommending a CBI probe into Rajput’s death, said, “The petition filed by Rhea Chakraborty in Supreme Court that Bihar Police had no jurisdiction to investigate the case will continue to be heard. There cannot be a transfer to CBI of a case that had no legal basis for Bihar to get involved. At the most (what could have been registered in Bihar) is a zero FIR transferable to Mumbai Police.”
