Uma Naidoo, a Harvard nutritional psychiatrist wrote in his Instagram post that “Great choices include food high in antioxidants because they improve clarity and fatigue. These include dark chocolate, berries and citrus fruits.

1.) AVOCADOS  – Dr Naidoo says they are an ‘excellent source of lutein which improve the brain function’.

2.) BERRIES – Berries helps to improve the functioning of blood and also improves mental performance.

3.) GREEN VEGETABLES – Green Veggies, beetroot, contain essential nutrition protein and fibre that improves the brain structure.

4.) BEETROOT – Beetroot is rich in nitric oxide which makes them great in promoting blood and it helps in smoother functioning of the brain.

5.) EGGS – Eggs is great for the brain and memory. The nutritionists call them “Multivitamin” and suggests to eat for healthy functioning of the body.   
6.) DARK CHOCOLATES – Dark Chocolate is the best part and good for preparing for the exams because it helps to improve memory fatigue and boosts memory.
