World no Tobacco Day was created by the member states of the World Health Organization
The member states of the World Health Organisation created the world No Tobacco Day in 1987. This day was created so that people could pay attention to the tobacco epidemic. This day aware people and give them a reminder that they still have the opportunity to lead a healthier life. They just need to quit tobacco.
The novel coronavirus was observed to develop in the smokers as compared to the non-smokers. Triggered millions of smokers to quit tobacco because they realise that it can kill them. The World Health Organisation said that the smokers developed this severe disease and faced many problems.
The aim of world no Tobacco Day
